Leeds’ Night Owls Share Snarling New Cut ‘Better With Age’
Released 12th April
Night Owls – Better With Age
Grunge pop trio Night Owls share Better With Age, the second punishing cut from their Tragically Human EP due for release next month.
Snarling, ferocious and dripping with fury, the Leeds outfit’s latest offering sees them incorporate experimental electronic influences within their distinctive sound, whilst retaining their boundless energy and trademark vocals to sublime effect.
Discussing the track, the band stated: “Better With Age is a commentary on this generation’s obsession with social media and how people portray their lives through rose-tinted filters online. It’s written from the perspective of someone who’s become addicted to social media and how it’s become addictive”.
With slots supporting the likes of Cloud Nothings, Yuck and Tigercub already ticked off alongside an appearance at Reading & Leeds Festival, the band’s burgeoning live reputation is sure to develop further in the coming months with live dates across the UK.
Night Owls’ Better With Age is out 12th April and will be available on all platforms.
