On the eve of his performance of his new piano album ‘Future Standards’. the genre shifting Howe Gelb will be looking back on his icon alt country gospel epic from ten years previous with help from host Stewart Lee, a screening of the movie ‘Sno Angel Winging It’ by Maria Mochnacz and an intimate solo acoustic performance at the Paragon Bar. ‘Sno Angel Like You’ (Deluxe) is out now on bookbacl CD/DVD and double LP.
The event is part of an ongoing series curated by Fire Films.
