Hum Announce First Shows Since 2019

Just Announced: Hum 2026 Dates

No you’re not dreaming, Hum have announced their first live shows since 2019!

An official statement from the band:

Hum is happy to announce we’ll be playing a few shows in 2026 as part of the Slide Away Festival. We’ll be playing all dates of the festival in Brooklyn, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

We don’t have anything more planned, but are excited to fire up the machine once again with our brother in arms, Jason Gerken, behind the drums. We hope you’ll come and join us at these shows. Thanks again for all your kindness and support over the years.

Pre-sale tickets for Slide Away are moving quickly — 2-day passes for both NY & LA are sold out and a 2nd Chicago show at Aragon Ballroom has just been added. Grab yours now through tonight at 10 PM (pre-sale code: SLIDE26).

General on sale will begin Friday, October 3rd @ 10 AM.

The Polyvinyl store is your one-stop-shop for all things Hum. We’ve got all 4 of the band’s albums on colored vinyl and CD, as well as a wide assortment of t-shirt designs, including You’d Prefer An Astronaut‘s iconic Zebra.
