Indica Records launches Hydrophonik, new urban label

With over 20 years experience in the music market Montreal, the independent label Indica Records presents today Hydrophonik Records, new cutting for the production and promotion of Quebec’s urban music.

Indica Records inaugurate the launch of Hydrophonik Records on Friday November 22 at a party which will perform Miles Barnes and David Campana, the first two artists represented by the new record company. Space is limited, you can RSVP here.

Hydrophonik Records rooted in the values of independence, generosity and support to artists who have made the reputation and success of Indica Records. While benefiting from the resources and foundations established by Indica, the new label discs offer distribution, promotion and custom management. A new art direction, visual and musical marks the beginning of Hydrophonik in order to irrigate the young talent here in whom she believes and showcase them across Canada.

Hydrophonik Records ensures to provide the tools needed to develop a new generation of emerging hip hop artists with diverse musical influences.

About Miles Barnes

A native of Ahuntsic, the young rapper has not only a great talent for rap but also great skills in dance and theater. During his live performances, he combines his expertise so as to give an impressive result.

Through his videos on the Web, Miles Barnes continues to build its name since its inception in 2014. Over the past year, the artist took the initiative to organize non-profit events bringing together the humour and music to raise awareness for the cause of suicide.

Miles Barnes presents his new single Top of the net, which announces the arrival of the EP Y must work, to be released in 2020 via Hydrophonik Records.
