About to release their debut EP and embark on their second U.K. tour, releasing their first demo just 10 months ago, Solsara are a breath of fresh air for new music from the West Midlands with their raw, catchy, indie rock sound.

Solsara started as an experiment when an opportunity arose to support U.S. band Mothxr as part of their U.K. tour. After an incredible response, they headed to the studio and recorded their first demos including the critically acclaimed ‘Lean into It’. Following an overwhelming response, the band played two back to back, sweaty, sold out shows in their hometown in the West Midlands provoking even greater support.

Making contact, and the perfect pairing, with producer James Bragg of Middle Farm Studios (We Are The Ocean, Lower Than Atlantis) Solsara hit the Devon studio on a tropical week in August to record a 5 track EP of totally new unheard material that make up ‘The Shop of Dubious Legality’.  “Day Of The Dead” is the lead track to be taken from the EP.  Solsara bring together the bluesy-rock feel of The Black Angels, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Kings of Leon with the swagger and attitude of Kasabian.

Solsara plan to follow up the EP release with a plethora of multi-media content and extensive touring throughout the year in venues and the festival circuit across the U.K.

Confirmed UK Tour dates so far are:

5th March: Hull @ Adelphi

8th March: Nottingham @ The Maze

9th March: York @ The Fulford Arms

10th March: Huddersfield @ Parish

12th March: Manchester @ Gullivers

18th March: Birmingham TBC

19th March: London (Camden) @ The Black Heart
