Born in late 2014 out of a long-standing friendship in South London, Alibis is an exciting new duo made up of Richie Skint and Harvey Lee.

What better way to introduce Alibis than with this video of the pair performing their song ‘Soundtrack (When Will I Learn)’ in their most comfortable environment: live in one of their bedrooms. This very same bedroom is where the majority of their writing and recording currently takes place.

These two (very) young men are armed with unquestionable talent. Both possess brilliantly distinctive vocals that perfectly compliment each other as well as both, handily, being pretty nifty on the guitar. As Alibis, they draw inspiration from artists including Otis Redding, Paul Weller and Richard Hawley.

Alibis perform live this Sunday, April 5th at Communion @ Notting Hill Arts Club.  It’s an early chance to catch the live performance before they announce a debut release. With ‘Soundtrack (When Will I Learn)’ being just a taster of what’s to come, Alibis are certainly an exciting new prospect for 2015 and beyond.
