Jess Glynne will release a brand-new version of her current smash single ‘Thursday’ on Friday, this time featuring global R&B star H.E.R. The track comes just shortly after it was announced that Jess is nominated for 4 awards at this year’s Brit Awards in February, including Best British Female and British Single for ‘I’ll Be There’. She’s also part of a further 4 nominations as a songwriter for ‘These Days’, the track she wrote and featured on with Rudimental (nominated for British Single and Best Video)  and ‘Lullaby’ (Sigala + Paloma Faith) and ‘Woman Like Me’ (Little Mix).
Released back in October last year, ‘Always In Between’ was a chart-topping sensation and the biggest selling album released by a British female in 2018. It has remained a dominant force in the charts ever since and today, sits at #5.  Jess closed out 2018 with a completely sold out arena tour of the UK, including a triumphant home-coming show at London’s O2.
‘Always In Between’ included a number of #1 singles including ‘These Days’ and ‘I’ll Be There’ along with current smash single ‘Thursday’ which has already amassed over 100 million streams across streaming platforms. Today she shares a brand-new version of the empowering anthem which features her friend and fast-rising American star H.E.R.

Capturing so many under its spell already, ‘Always In Between’ has seen Jess break even more records than her blockbuster debut album ‘I Cry When I Laugh’. She’s now the only British female ever to achieve 7 #1 singles and is fast-becoming the ultimate modern British popstar – effortlessly brokering the hinterlands between pop, soul, R&B and house music. She is unrivalled in her ability to commune with an audience through song; to tell the truths young women want to hear about their concerns, the loves that build them up and let them down; the aspirations and dreams that might turn sour but you’ll smile through them anyway.
On the 18th February, Jess Glynne will headline Shepherds Bush Empire as part of War Child’s BRITS week. From there, she embarks on a massive European tour before heading to the US for an equally impressive run of dates throughout March and April. See full tour dates HERE
