Joviale releases the Bullion produced debut EP, ‘Crisis’, via Blue Flowers today. alongside a final track ‘Struggle Cuddle’.Her EP headline show has also been re-arranged to Folklore, in Bethnal Green, London on the 12th December, with support from Laura Groves and Fauci. Tickets available here. The excitement building around Joviale is not least reflected in a growing her growing number of notable fans. Both Kate Tempest and Jerkcurb personally asked her as support for upcoming shows after seeing her perform low key gigs.   ‘Crisis’ EP was recorded in Lisbon with experimental pop producer Bullion (Laura Groves, Westerman, Sampha) as well as a cover of  Rare Silk‘s ‘Storm‘ included on Bullion’s 4th compilation album “4 Down” which comes out in October on his DEEK label.

On the EP, singles ‘Ride Away’ and ‘Dreamboat’ showcased Joviale’s dynamic use of tension, space, and instrumentation and more recently ‘Taste of the Heavens’ explored a conventional pop shape experimenting with the rhythm to transform an early demo version of the song into something more celebratory.
