Of course, everything just sets the stage for his anxiously awaited new album, Glockaveli, out May 2, 2025. Pre-order/Pre-save HERE.
In the clip, police chase Key Glock through the woods. He dodges their attacks and nimbly hides behind trees and under cover of darkness. Making moves like Rambo and John Wick, he manages to make his narrow escape through a hail of gunfire, hitting the skies in a helicopter. The action seamlessly moves with the ebb and flow of the song, sidestepping the boisterous horns, thick beats, and braggadocios rhymes.
Simultaneously, the track has already reeled in over 1 million total streams in less than a week, in addition to receiving acclaim. UPROXX proclaimed, “On his latest single, “The Grinch,” Key Glock demonstrates just how emotionally cold he can be. Just with the beloved fictional character, Glock embraces the perceived power that comes along with a show of brute force.” HotNewHipHop noted, “It features a dizzying swirl of trumpets and strings in the beat, something that he’s incorporated so well throughout his career.” VIBE attested, “‘The Grinch’ is a testament to Key Glock’s ability to evolve while staying true to his Memphis roots. It’s introspective, stylish, and full of quiet intensity—the kind of track that lingers long after the beat fades.”
This anthemic cut landed on the heels of “No Sweat,” which has already amassed north of 10 million global streams. In its wake, Pitchfork cited Glockaveli among “The 50 Most Anticipated Albums of Spring 2025.” Plus, Brooklyn Vegan praised the song as “a fun dose of speaker-shaking, catchy Southern rap.” HotNewHipHop professed, “Key Glock has found the sound that works for him, and continues to excel in that lane.” Listen to “No Sweat” HERE. Next up, he launches the Glockaveli Tour. It promises to be his biggest and boldest North American jaunt yet. In support of the anxiously awaited album, he hits the road on May 21 in Oklahoma City, OK at The Criterion, visits major markets coast-to-coast, and concludes on June 30 in Las Vegas, NV at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas. Along the way, he stops in Queens, NY on June 8 for Governors Ball.
Check out the full confirmed itinerary below.
He set the stage for Glockaveli with “3AM in ToKEYo.” Straight out of the gate, The Sourceapplauded how, “Key Glock continues his run as one of rap’s most dominant voices,” and VIBEattested, “Key Glock is so consistent, and his story of being self-made is one people can resonate with.” Not to mention, Billboard followed him for 24 hours at Paris Fashion Week in an exclusive content feature.
Key Glock rose up out of Memphis and broke through into the mainstream on his own terms. He has quietly achieved a staggering level of success and prominence, generating eight billion streams, notching eight multi-platinum or platinum singles, seven gold singles, and three gold albums. Moreover, he has earned three consecutive Top 15 debuts on the Billboard 200 in addition to cracking the Billboard Hot 100. His music has appeared everywhere from the Fast & The Furious franchise to Madden. It’s no wonder Rolling Stone christened him one of “50 Innovators Shaping Rap’s Next 50 Years.” At the same time, this excitement has translated to the road. During 2024, he impressively sold out the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO, packing the house with over 10,000 fans.
It’s just the beginning though. All signs point to Key Glock dominating 2025 with Glockaveli.

Key Glock is the new face of rap. Signed to Young Dolph’s Paper Route Empire, the 27-year-old rapper stays true to his roots with an emphatic midtempo flow and trunk-rattling trap beats. Glock burst onto the scene with his Paper Route Empire debut Glock Season in 2017, from which the single “On My Soul” has over 50 million global streams. Since then, he has continued his meteoric rise with 4 solo mixtapes, as well as Dum and Dummer and Dum and Dummer 2, his collaborative efforts with Young Dolph. 2018 saw Glock join forces with fellow Memphian and superstar producer Tay Keith to craft a pair of hits in “Russian Cream” and “Yea!!” The former has garnered over 500 million streams in the U.S and became his highest certified record, going RIAA 3x Platinum.2020’s Yellow Tape took him to a new level, peaking at #8 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop charts and #14 on the Billboard 200. March 2021’s Dum and Dummer 2 with Young Dolph debuted at #8 on the Billboard 200 and generated nearly 36k sales equivalent units across platforms and scored the fifth-biggest streaming debut on Spotify during its first week of release. October 2021’s Yellow Tape 2 debuted at #7 on the Billboard 200 and #1 on the Independents Charts. Currently boasting over 11 million monthly listeners on Spotify, Key Glock is breaking into the mainstream as we speak. The 27-year-old artist remains a live draw, with a sold out “YellowTape Tour” in 2022, and the even bigger “Glockoma Tour” in 2023. With support from Glock’s PRE associates Kenny Muney & Jay Fizzle, the “Glockoma Tour” sold nearly 60K tickets, including sell outs in major markets like ATL, TX, Detroit, & Nashville.
Key Glock’s latest fiery single, “Let’s Go,” is a motivational anthem for those ready to stop playing and get some money. A highlight from Glock’s recent Glockoma 2 (Deluxe) project,“ it’s become his highest charting song on the Hot 100 and earned over 300 million streams globally.
Now, he begins another chapter with his much-anticipated 2025 full-length album, Glockaveli, introduced by the single “3am in ToKEYo.” The record showcases every side of Key Glock’s talents from the braggadocios breakneck rap fireworks of “The Grinch” to the off-kilter hitmaking of “No Sweat” and so much more. Bringing this music to life on stage, he’ll launch his biggest North American headline run yet, the Glockaveli Tour, in support of the LP. However, he never stops pushing the envelope, reaching for the crown on his own terms this year.
