Today is our final big release Friday of the year as we near the end of our 2024 release schedule. We have three brilliant new albums out today from David Luximon, The Muldoons & Billy Reeves. We also have a stunning remastered re-issue of A Girl Called Eddy’s beloved debut album. Plus two fantastic new singles from Port Sulphur & QUAD90.
David Luximon – A Certain Frame of Reference
New LP from songwriter David Luximon (formerly Vive La Rose), it explores the experience of helping a loved one through trauma. At times the album is a shimmering nod to 1950’s Americana, via On The Beach era Neil Young, en route to the Perthshire countryside.

The Muldoons – We Saw The View
Second album from Paisley jangle guitar-pop band. Formed in 90s but didn’t release debut album until 2020 after reuniting in 2017. We Saw The View sees the band all grown up, lyrically exploring navigating adulthood as fathers and partners.

Billy Reeves – When Lord God Almighty Reads The News
Third solo LP from theaudience founder Billy Reeves. WLGARTN takes his sound in a new electro/prog direction but remains as witty and political as ever. It’s fun, upbeat and the perfect remedy to the dark winter days.

A Girl Called Eddy – 20th Anniversary Reissue
First released in 2004, Erin Moran’s stunning debut album gained a cult-following for her lush, timeless sound. Lovingly remastered and now released on vinyl and CD to celebrate the 20th anniversary, bringing this special album to a new audience.
Port Sulphur – Meta Guru (Radio Edit)
Post-punk audio collective led by Creeping Bent founder Douglas MacIntyre, Port Sulphur, release radio edit single from recent critically acclaimed album. Album launch tomorrow (Sat 30 Nov) at Stereo in Glasgow with QUAD90.
QUAD90 – Too Much Too Soon
Disco-funk vocalists Amelia and Naomi release latest single Too Much Too Soon. Their unique sound has prompted intrigue since their debut track Le Blank in 2023. Q90 support Port Sulphur at Stereo in Glasgow tomorrow night.
