Our blossoming relationship with Liverpool based bands, such as China Crisis led to a most unusual conversation. We were asked how we might feel about releasing the last ever recordings from Gerry Marsden. An album’s worth of material had been recorded prior to his death, shortly before he and a group of Merseybeat legends took to the stage In Liverpool. The recording of the album and the live concert was captured on film and the resultant documentary movie should be released in spring 2025. The team behind the recordings, the concert and the movie asked if we might be interested in assisting. Thus we are very delighted to confirm that a hat trick of CDs will be released in 2025.
