The new music comes ahead of a summer packed full of touring for LA based, but Scottish-born Bishop Briggs. Her upcoming 25 city tour of North America kicks off on April 13th in LA and will see Bishop Briggs and her band take in all the major US cities, along with a slot of Coachella, Lollapalooza a recently confirmed show at Australia’s Splendour In The Grass.  It has also been announced that Bishop Briggs will be back in the UK for a show at Reading and Leeds in August.
Bishop Briggs is also currently featured on Cold War Kids’ new single ‘So Tied Up’, which you can check out HERE
Bishop Briggs’ music now transcends the limitations of singular genres, blending folk, pop and electronic music into a wholly unique sound.  Her voice, lived-in and unafraid, has been likened to artists as varied as Janis Joplin, Florence Welch, Aretha Franklin, and Brittany Howard (Alabama Shakes), but Bishop foregoes restraint and defies categorization, forging a path that is uniquely hers.  With an upcoming EP release, recent live performances/opening slots for Coldplay, Passion Pit and Kaleo and a headlining North American tour, Bishop Briggs is poised to be one of 2017’s biggest breakout artists.
