From 12 to 13 September the former Tempelhof Airport will celebrate the biggest festival in its history: Lollapalooza Berlin.
Berlin, 4 September 2015 – One week prior to the first ever landing of Lollapalooza on Tempelhof Airport, the festival tickets and day tickets are sold out. After three South American festival exports to Chile, Argentina and Brazil, the first European edition is another success already: Berlin can’t wait for Lollapalooza!
Lollapalooza Berlin is one of the few festival premieres of the year to sell out in advance, securing a place on the very competitive European festival market. Over the past weeks and months the festival makers have set up a creative and very ambitious program that goes beyond only attracting music enthusiasts. Entertainment areas such as the Lolla Fun Fair and LollArt will transform the airfield into a walkable open-air gallery while Kidzapalooza and Fashionpalooza presented by Zalando create interactive spaces for the little festival fans as well as fashionistas. Der Grüne Kiez further addresses sustainable and social responsibility. Stepping on the festival grounds visitors get started on an unparalleled journey of music, entertainment, street art, sustainability and fashion: A world of spectacular experiences for young and old as well as families alike.
