Following the release of his critically acclaimed debut Yesterday’s Gone’ and a sold out UK and European tour, Loyle Carner has announced he will headline O2 Academy Brixton on the 6th October. Fans can apply for pre-sale tickets before tickets go on general sale on Friday 3rd March.

Loyle has also released a live video for his single ‘Ain’t Nothing Changed’; the footage for which was shot by Billy Bull who accompanied Loyle on his

recent ‘Yesterday’s Gone’ tour. ‘Ain’t Nothing Changed’ follows single ‘The Isle Of Arran’, which featured on the A List at BBC 6Music and B List at BBC Radio 1. ‘Ain’t Nothing Changed’ is a rousing and live favourite about staying true to oneself when everything around you is changing. ‘Ain’t Nothing Changed’ has been produced by long-time collaborator Rebel Kleff.

Loyle’s insight, erudition and poetic intensity have earned him the respect of all the right people: die-hard hip-hop fans, industry insiders and most importantly, his peers. ‘Yesterday’s Gone’ is planted at an intersection between the boom-bap of East Coast hip-hop, jazz-inflected portraits of South London, and soulful laid back pop. There’s a bedrock of honest and raw sentimentality running through ‘Yesterday’s Gone’.

Further 2017 live dates to be announced shortly.
