LUCERO ‘By The Seat Of Our Pants Tour’ Starts 11/3, Listen to Bonnaroo Session
An Evening With Lucero: By The Seat Of Our Pants Tour Begins November 3rd
Lucero ‘Live From Bonnaroo’ Session Now On Spotify, Listen HERE
Parts country and parts folk with an added heaping of punk rock, the seven-piece Memphis band
Lucero cover the musical gamut. Even the band members have varying opinions on how to define their sound.
“We’re each playing in a completely different band. We’re on stage and each playing in our own Lucero. I’m not sure that’s how it works for other bands,” laughs Nichols.
Taking their sonic diversity one step further, the band will embark on a new type of tour experience this November. In four different cities for three nights each Lucero will serve as their own opening act, playing an acoustic performance before they dive into their rowdy headlining set in New York, Boston, LA and San Francisco. All dates in this tour are italicized below.
Always known for their extensive touring and energetic in-person shows, the ‘By The Seat of Our Pants Tour’ comes on the heels of two newly released live recordings: the band’s first-ever live album Live From Atlanta, and most recently a Spotify Session that features three tracks they performed at Bonnaroo this past summer. Listen to them HERE.
“Each person makes Lucero their own thing,” says frontman Ben Nichols. “Everyone identifies with us for completely different reasons. For one reason or another, Lucero becomes a very personal band.”
