Maleigh Zan shares new single “Studio54”
“[Maleigh Zan] seamlessly bridges hip-hop and club music, making it impossible not to move to her tracks” – ENFNTS TERRIBLES
“[Maleigh Zan] is now finding a lane in the booth by making ‘hip-house’ in the vein of Azealia Banks before her” – Keenan Higgins, Black America Web
Raised by a musically-inclined family, Maleigh Zan cites the likes of Prince, Janet Jackson, Charli xcx, and Chaka Khan, as well as her uncle DJ NSA, a house icon within Atlanta’s LGBTQ+ community, as key artistic influences. She began modeling at age 16 and moved to Los Angeles after graduating high school in 2020, where she would go on to land major campaigns with brands like MAC, Fenty, Guess, Garage, Target, and Sephora before moving back home to pursue music. Since then, she’s released singles “Work” and “8 Ball” and wrapped a slate of European live dates, including All Points East in London. Now gearing up for the release of her debut project, Maleigh Zan’s distinct sound is a tribute to the culture and community that raised her — ready to nod heads from sweaty nightclubs and dance floors to ballrooms and runways worldwide.
