The brothers offered the following on the single: “Our latest track is called Ross, it’s named after a friend of ours sadly no longer on earth. 
We’ve lost good people recently. It seems everyone has. So here’s a remembrance song from us.”

The release comes alongside a beautiful new live video which sees Mark sat at an upright piano performing a masterful rendition of ‘Ross’. The live video serves to whet the appetite for the duo’s debut live show in early 2020 [tickets], where Model Man are set to take their musical vision to the next level.

Model Man is the sound of two worlds coming together, as they take the Chicago house influences of their youth and shine them through a new prism by using real pianos and drums. Earlier this year they released their debut EP, ‘City Songs, pt. 1’ to wide critical acclaim. For the EP the brothers visited five different cities around the world – meeting people, studying the culture and making field recordings – with a view to creating a concept EP of house-inflected tracks that captured something true and candid about each place.
