SAN FRANCISCO MUSIC-EDUCATION NONPROFIT CONSCIOUS

IMMATURITY HOSTS SXSW SHOWCASES ON WED. 3/16

Conscious Immaturity is a San Francisco-based nonprofit working to improve music education opportunities for children by establishing after-school music programs in partnership with existing community centers.
The organization is hosting a party in Austin during SXSW on Wednesday at Shiner’s. The show is free with RSVP, but donations will be collected with all proceeds going towards developing Conscious Immaturity’s music-education programs. Let us know if you’d like to set up an interview with Conscious Immaturity founder/executive director Mike Ray, or any of the bands involved, and we’ll gladly help set it up!
