New festive album from Small Bear Records
It’s a good thing to break up Christmas musical standards with some fresh additions, fear not because the ace Small Bear Records again spoil us all.
Small Bear Records are proud to present ‘Never Mind The Baubles’, our third annual festive collection which is available now from https://nevermindthebaubles.bandcamp.com. This year is a more international affair with artists from our Manx homeland (Nanaki, Phil Reynolds and the Dearly Departed, Postcode, Harmony Dischord) joined by acts from Sweden, Norway, Belgium, America, France and the UK.
The album features established Small Bear acts such as The Bordellos, Matt Bouvier and Dog, Paper, Submarine alongside new recruits to the Small Bear cause. As usual there is a variety on offer here, from post-rock to indiepop, lo-fi, garage rock and more. Of course, this being a Christmas album, it can be downloaded for free, as our gift to you (though we wouldn’t be offended if people wanted to pay for it!)
