Las Vegas, NV, September 4, 2017 – SquidHat Records is proud to announce the launch of our publishing arm, SquidHat Press, with the highly anticipated new novel “Vegas Tabloid” from author P Moss. The book will be available digitally and as a trade paperback from SquidhatPress.com and wherever books are sold.
As one would expect from the author who brought us “Vegas Knockout” and “Blue Vegas Stories”, greed and cold-blooded murder highlight this crime fiction thriller. It is about a wisecracking con man and his sideshow troupe of small time criminals, who accidentally become the most popular performers on the Las Vegas Strip. Suddenly rich and famous, it was life in the fast lane for the fire-eating beauty, crazed midget Elvis, safecracking swami and the rest of this neo-noir cast of social delinquents, until they found themselves in the crosshairs of a serial killer. Armed with little more than street smarts, this band of misfits fight an uphill battle against a bloodthirsty billionaire, a perverted cop and betrayal from within, racing the clock not only to save themselves, but prevent the biggest mass murder in American history.
Available October 1, 2017, wherever books are sold, P Moss will celebrate the launch of Vegas Tabloid at a live reading and discussion on Friday, October 6, 2017, from 7pm until 8pm at The Writer’s Block in Downtown Las Vegas.

About P Moss
P Moss, a member of the Mystery Writers of America, is a Las Vegas author whose gritty style is often compared to crime fiction masters like James Ellroy and Jim Thompson. His new novel Vegas Tabloid is the final book of his Las Vegas trilogy.
He is a musician and songwriter whose band Bloodcocks UK, the only American band never to play in America, recently sold out a rollicking fifth tour of Japan. A film noir and pulp fiction enthusiast, he is also a prominent name in the nightlife world as owner of the wildly popular Double Down Saloons in Las Vegas and New York City, and Frankie’s Tiki Room in Las Vegas.
