NEW VIDEO: Climbing Boys – Bone House

London band Climbing Boys shared a new video from their ‘Take The Floor’ EP, which premiered last week on Artrocker.

Currently they are preparing next year’s material which they’ll release via Birthday Records (Drowners & Life).

Formed in late 2012 Climbing Boys are a four-piece from North London drawing influences from David Bowie, Siouxsie & the Banshees, Postcard Records and Echo & the Bunnymen and combining that with a profound sort of songwriting. Fusing both gloomy pop and hazy melodies, it’s moodily bewitching.

So far they have secured themselves support slots for the likes of Grass House and Dark Bells with more live dates coming up before the end of the year.

Lead track ‘Bone House’ is taken from Climbing Boys Take The Floor EP released via Raptor. The video is directed by Imogen Smyth-Prado.

Here’s that ‘Bone House’ video:

“Like a post-punk take on East London’s swirling psychedelic scene, Climbing Boys sound like The Horrors if they’d listened to Joy Division”. – NME
