Following from her previous single ‘Hotter Than Hell’ that stormed the charts, Dua’s newest single ‘Blow Your Mind (Mwah)’ has been streamed an incredible 5 million times on Spotify and is already Top 40 on Shazam. The video, shot at the Barbican, is directed by Kinga Burza who has worked with the likes of Katy Perry and Calvin Harris. ‘Blow Your Mind (Mwah)’ is co-written by Dua, Jon Levine (Drake, Nelly Furtado) and Lauren Christy. This follows her global success on previous hits ‘Hotter Than Hell’ and ‘Be The One’, collectively reaching #1 on iTunes across 21 countries and top #5 on iTunes in 65 countries.
Dua is set to release her highly anticipated self-titled debut album on 10TH February 2017. The album is co-written by Dua with various collaborators such as Stephen ‘KOZ’ Kozmeniuk (Kendrick Lamar, Nicki Minaj), Emile Haynie (Lana Del Rey, FKA Twigs), Nineteen85 (Drake, Majid Jordan) and Jon Levine.‘Dua Lipa’ will be available on standard CD, deluxe CD, digitally and limited edition coloured vinyl.
Dua has also announced her headline London show at KOKO on October 10th. The show is part of her European tour which will also include shows in Paris, Berlin, Dublin and many others. Following anincredible performance at Glastonbury’s John Peel Stage, Dua continues to position herself as the leading British breakthrough artist for 2016, last month making her US TV debut with a stunning performance on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show.
