The Notwist’s ‘Kong’ Picked As One 2014’s Best Songs So Far By NPR

NPR Music’s Stephen Thompson called The Notwist’s “Kong” his favorite track of the year in a recent discussion on the subject on NPR (listen here), and while we are immensely grateful for the nod, we are not at all surprised. If “Kong” isn’t a perfect pop song, it’s damn close. It is also the lead-off track on our career-expansive playlist that we’re calling “The Notwist: A Beginner’s Guide”, which, if you aren’t familiar with their oeuvre, you should find a way to listen via one of the following streaming services.
