London three-piece Oh800 write songs about “those internal freak outs you get, feeling like a kid in your 30’s, getting ripped off, as well as the good stuff like love and friendship.” Long-time pals Eoin (owen), Gavin and Olly got together to “make music to move to, about life’s tricky stuff,” and the follow up to their debut single ‘Character Building’ is set for release on December 9th via Infinite Jest Records.

A solid and uncompromising rhythm section kick off the track before being joined by brooding, razor sharp guitars cutting through the thick, smokey basement party-haze. Mixed by Simian Mobile Disco’s James Ford, “Shoulda Known It” is a no nonsense disco-punk banger, ready for the floor. In the band’s own words:

‘This song is about when you know enough’s enough but don’t want to get to what’s after enough. So you keep going, cos you love it. And you hate it. And you love it. And you hate it. And you love it’

Oh800 play The Social on November 23rd, The Sebright Arms on Nov 24th and The Shacklewell Arms on 1st December.
