Parquet Courts Share Video For New Album’s Title Track "Wide Awake"

Rise and shine! Parquet Courts have shared the official video, directed by Brother Willis, for their new album’s title song “Wide Awake”. Filmed by at Mardi Gras in New Orleans and featuring purple tuxedos, drummer Max riding Bo-Peep’s sheep and some major dance moves, this is Parquet Courts as you’ve never seen them before! …And for those of you who signed up to wide-awake.am and received a wake up call from the band with an early sneak preview of the track this morning, we hope it got you out on the right side of bed!

‘Wide Awake!’ the album – produced by Danger Mouse and out 18th May – is available to pre-order here on deluxe vinyl*, standard vinyl, CD and MP3. Finally, Andrew, Austin, Sean and Max are taking ‘Wide Awake!’ on the road (and bringing fellow Rough Trade band Goat Girl across America with them in the summer).
