A covers collection as only Xiu Xiu could conceive

Xiu Xiu’s newest album, out 01/16, is a delightfully wide-ranging collection of homages that span both decades and genres. Across twelve tracks, Xiu Mutha Fuckin’ Xiu: Vol. 1 compiles a heady selection from the monthly covers the band began releasing in 2020 via their Bandcamp subscription series, expanding their bewildering universe to commune with artists throughout time.
