This rare pairing brings together two giants of Jamaican music, promising an unforgettable celebration of culture, upliftment and pure reggae energy and is set to be one of the most anticipated reggae events of the year.
The announcement arrives as Capleton prepares to release ‘Heights of Fire’, his 10th album and first studio album in 16 years – released on 26thJune, the landmark project is already generating major excitement across the world.
Known worldwide for his explosive stagecraft, spiritual fire and catalogue of anthems, Capleton remains one of reggae and dancehall’s most electrifying performers. From ‘Jah Jah City’ to ‘Who Dem’ and ‘That Day Will Come’, his live shows are a masterclass in lyrical power and high‑voltage delivery. His influence spans generations, and his UK appearances consistently sell out as fans flock to witness the Fireman in full blaze.
Heights of Fire is a major artistic statement from one of reggae’s most enduring voices. Arriving 16 years after Capleton’s last full‑length project and a continuous run of powerful singles, the album carries the weight of legacy and expectation, and meets it with striking authority. Released by Evidence Music, the album features heavyweights Damian Marley, Stephen Marley and Eesah, and production from some of the most respected names in contemporary reggae: Derrick Sound, Little Lion Sound, Mista Savona, Mixing Finga and L’Entourloop. At its core, Heights of Fire captures Capleton in a space where fire meets reflection. His unmistakable voice – commanding, urgent, spiritually charged – now carries an added depth shaped by time, experience and perspective. Themes of spirituality, justice, resistance and righteousness are delivered, with roots reggae meeting modern textures and subtle hip‑hop inflections – a project that honours reggae’s lineage while expanding its reach.
Capleton said “The fire never cool. It only get wiser, stronger and more focused. This new album is a message to the world and a reminder that righteousness, justice and upliftment must always lead the way. The UK has always shown me love, and I’m ready to bring the full energy back to the people this summer.”
Luciano said “It is a joy and a blessing to join my brother Capleton on this UK tour. The mission has always been to uplift the people through word, sound and power, and I look forward to sharing that message of love and righteousness with the UK massive.”
Born Clifton Bailey in St Mary, Jamaica, Capleton is one of reggae and dancehall’s most influential and electrifying artists. Rising to prominence in the early 1990s, he became a defining voice of the conscious dancehall movement, known for his explosive live performances and spiritually charged lyrics rooted in Rastafari. With classics such as ‘Jah Jah City’, ‘Tour’, ‘Who Dem’, ‘That Day Will Come’, ‘Slew Dem’ and many more, Capleton has built a legacy spanning more than three decades. His live shows are legendary – high‑energy, transformative and deeply connected to the roots of reggae culture.
Luciano, the Grammy‑nominated singer affectionately known as ‘The Messenjah’, has over 40 albums, global acclaim and a voice often compared to Luciano Pavarotti for its depth, tone and range. He stands as a pillar of roots and culture. Inspired by Bob Marley’s One Love movement, Luciano has spent more than three decades uplifting audiences worldwide with his spiritually charged performances. His honours include Jamaica’s Order of Distinction, the Key to Kansas City, and a place on Rolling Stone’s “200 Greatest Singers of All Time”. Best known for anthems including ‘Sweep Over My Soul’, ‘It’s Me Again Jah’ and ‘Lord Give Me Strength’, Luciano brings a catalogue of modern roots classics to the tour.
