Role Model announces highly anticipated new album ‘Chuck Timely & The Hourglass’, arriving August 7
Today, Role Model (Tucker Pillsbury) announced his highly anticipated third studio album, Chuck Timely & The Hourglass, which will arrive on August 7 via Polydor. Pre-order it HERE. Last week, Role Model began teasing today’s announcement in unexpected fashion, as select fans from his community received old-fashioned acquaintance cards in the mail from the mysterious “Chuck Timely.” Each card featured a phone number that directed fans to a pre-recorded voicemail message from Chuck himself. Soon after, an Instagram account under the same name surfaced, featuring images of Chuck Timely reimagined across various eras in time, sparking widespread fan theories and speculation surrounding who Chuck truly is. Adding to the intrigue, Role Model also used the account to tease his forthcoming first single, sending fans even deeper into the mystery surrounding the Chuck Timely universe. The single arriving next week will be the first music release since his deluxe album, Kansas Anymore (The Longest Goodbye), was released featuring four additional tracks from his July 2024 album, Kansas Anymore. His sophomore album, featuring the viral sensation, ‘Sally, When The Wine Runs Out’, debuted to rave reviews and currently boasts close to 320 million streams. He topped off the album release when he took the stage at Saturday Night Live to deliver a rendition of his hit track ‘Sally, When The Wine Runs Out’, with surprise guest, Charli XCX, followed by a performance of ‘Some Protector’. Shortly after the album was released, Tucker headed out on his sold out No Place Like Tour around the globe and also joined Gracie Abrams as a special guest on her The Secret of Us Deluxe Tour last summer.
