‘The Brewis brothers are the anti-Gallaghers, working class Northerners who challenge you with their sharp, bright, baroque pop’ MOJO

School of Language – the solo nom de plume of David Brewis of Mercury Music Prize Nominees Field Music – have just streamed the More Fears EP. It’s an accompanying release to the new School Of Language album, Old Fears.
Premiered exclusively by NME.com, it features reworked versions of ‘Keep your Water’ and ‘Marine Life’ (tracks from School of Language’s 2008 debut Sea From Shore). Additionally, there are four brand new songs, including the brilliant ‘Days Accelerate’. The 6 track EP further demonstrates David Brewis to be one of the UK’s most striking and forward thinking talents. Released on the same day as Old Fears (7th April), the EP is available to pre-order exclusively from www.field-music.co.uk
