Scum of The Earth – Remixes

On January 15th 2013 American techno rockers Scum of The Earth will be digitally releasing three remixed tracks from their 2012 album The Devil Made Me Do It. Already being a band who have a solid groove and danceable rhythm, Scum of The Earth have went all out on these remixes.

The remixed tracks being the title track The Devil Made Me Do It III, Zombie Apocalypse and Born Again Masochist. Although these remixes are of high quality and are in no way half arsed Scum of The Earth fans shouldn’t get used to it as it looks like a one off before they go back to their original sound.

It’s well known that supped up dance, techno and even dub step goes almost hand in hand with rock and metal music now as it has been proven with bands such as Korn and Skrillex. This is bringing a new and refreshing sound to a somewhat dated genre but with all the new artists experimenting with this style we are in danger of swamping the music scene with clone bands.

Thankfully Scum of The Earth have not had to do much adapting for these remixes as their already dance edged techno rock music fits perfectly in a remixed format. The songs will only be made available from digital outlets for a limited time only.
