Rest In Power

Yes, the day that every retail employee loathes and management loves is right around the corner, Black Friday.

Record Store Day is also tied into the scope of Black Friday and we’re proud to mark 2015 as our first year participating with the first ever vinyl release of The Meatmen’s Pope On A Rope.

Available this Friday at record stores and limited to only 500 copies worldwide.  Pressed on clear red vinyl with updated artwork of the Pope Benedict on the cover by Craig Horky.
Decibel Magazine recently sat down with Tesco Vee to discuss the  idea behind this re-release along with the others that are getting released with this (Toilet Slave by PATAC Records and War Of The Superbikes II by MVD).  A contest is running currently where you can score all three releases by naming your favorite Meatmen track and describing (passionately) why.
