Of the album, which follows her 2015 Mercury Award-nominated debut, Bridie tells us: “I wrote this record about the trials and tribulations of being a “life trainee” and, whilst it’s been the most challenging thing I’ve ever made, it’s also my favourite. I recorded it with Ant Whiting during the first cold months of last year in London. He’s an absolute wizard and I am so thankful for his dedication and help with bringing ‘Grim Town’ to life.”
