On Monday August 21st, a total eclipse will cross the entire country, coast to coast for the first time since 1918 – and LA based singer/songwriter/producer Emmit Fenn will be dropping the perfect soundtrack for the event – his Eclipse EP.
For this EP, Emmitt has worked hand in hand creating accompanying visuals with award winning filmmaker and producer Patrick Jean whose short film was made into the feature film, PIXELS. Today Emmit also releases the visuals for the track, What We Once Were – it’s set in a sparse, dystopian world that is slowly coming back to life.
Emmit Fenn has accumulated over 25 million Spotify streams thus far, beginning with his Painting Greys EP in 2015, which peaked at #1 on Spotify’s Global Viral Chart for over a week. Since then, he crafted his Prologue EP with contemporary production combined with fresh and futuristic melodies featuring artists such as Yuna and NYLO. The project also came with a ground-breaking audio/visual experience on his website, EmmitFenn.com – a collaboration with the award-winning agency Active Theory whose clients include Google, Spotify, Hennessey, and more.
Emmit is just scratching the surface; and there’s much more on the horizon with the forthcoming Eclipse EP – a cinematic collection of sleek instrumental soundscapes that take you to an ethereal, dreamlike world.
