SPEARS reveal new single ‘The Forest’ 29th Jan 2016

SPEARS release their new single ‘The Forest’ on 29th of January 2016 on End of the Trail Records. Announce UK shows!

Fast rising Sheffield band SPEARS, who are fronted by seventeen year old Rowan Scott, were launched into the world at this years Great Escape Festival. The band started attracting attention right from the release of their first single ‘LITTLE WHITE LIGHTS’.

From tastemakers like Killing Moon (they appeared on their last compilation), Little Indie Blogs to Tom Robinson at BBC Radio 6 the response to SPEARS has been fierce.

The band have been holed up for the past few months writing their next single. Now ‘The Forest’ is here and it’s been worth the wait. SPEARS are confirmed for several festivals in 2016 including The Great Escape, Liverpool Sound City and Tramlines. 2016 is set to be a big year for SPEARS.

SPEARS are interesting several major labels, so while they are currently signed to End Of The Trail Records that might not be the case for much longer.

Lead singer of SPEARS Rowan Scott has this to say about their approach to music “We want to sound unlike anything else you’ve ever heard whilst sounding exactly like everything you’d ever want to hear”
