Starless – Returning Home

Starless release new single You’re Beautiful on 16 February. The track is taken from upcoming album Returning Home, released 15 March. Starless is the brainchild of musician and producer Paul McGeechan (Friends Again, Love & Money), an ambitious collaborative project between a host of musical guests, bringing his compositions and vision to life.

You’re Beautiful was originally written by Paul McGeechan and James Grant for Love & Money’s debut album and was released in 1986. This new Starless version is performed by Phil Campbell (The Temperance Movement)  with P.P. Arnold providing backing vocals and strings from The Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. First single Together was released in November and features vocals from Grahame Skinner (Hipsway).

Returning Home also features vocal contributions from renowned musicians including Jerry Burns, Chris Thomson (The Bathers) and Emily Smith. The album is released on two shades of vinyl, CD and digital by Last Night From Glasgow.

Returning Home is launched with a special performance at Glasgow University’s Debating Chamber on 12 April. Paul will be joined by a range musicians and vocalists with Xan Tyler opening the show. Tickets available now on the LNFG website.
