Stats join the Memphis Industries family

MI are very pleased to welcome London dance band Stats to the Memphis family. We will be releasing their electric debut album ‘Other People’s Lives‘ on 15 February 2019. You can hear their brand new single ‘There Is A Story I Tell About My Life‘ right now and pre-order the album here.

Fronted by lead-singer Ed Seed, Ed spent time in the live bands of La Roux and Dua Lipa before focusing on Stats and crafting their own blend of fidgety electro funk.

Stats are a refreshing, modern band with a debut album that captures the now, the fleeting, the fickle and the forgotten – like that perfect moment lost on the dance floor – yet it presents it in a musical way that avoids being trapped to a time and place.

Pre-order Stats debut album ‘Other People’s Lives‘ on limited edition neon pink lp, black lp, cd and digitally, plus you can buy an exclusive Stats t-shirt when you pre-order the record.

Stats are:

Ed Seed – singing/guitar
Nicole Robson – singing/keyboards
Stu Barter – singing/bass
Iso Waller-Bridge – singing/keyboards
John Barrett – drums
Duncan Brown – guitar
