LONDON SHOW RESCHEDULED FOR 17th JUNE, ANNOUNCED FOR READING AND LEEDS FESTIVAL
Following news of their eagerly anticipated new album ‘Pythons’, Surfer Blood today announce that, fresh from supporting Foals around North America, they will play a headline show at Electrowerkz in London on 17th June. All tickets for the previously postponed 17th April date being honoured.

The video for ‘Demon Dance’ was directed by Malia James (of Dum Dum Girls fame), starring the band themselves. It can be viewed below& is available now on iTunes
Festival-goers can expect to hear the song infiltrating the fields of Reading and Leeds this year, where the band were recently announced for the Festival Republic stage. Fans can find them at Reading on Friday 23rd with their slot at Leeds on Saturday 24th.
The album, produced by Gil Norton (Foo Fighters, Pixies) at EastWest Studios, Hollywood throughout 2012, sees the band truly realising their sonic potential. Where predecessor ‘Astro Coast’ was characterized by its lo-fi charm, the new record sees the band cranked up to eleven while losing none of the personality that had fans falling in love with their sun-drenched melodies the first time round.
The album’s full track listing is as follows:
1. Demon Dance
2. Gravity
3. Weird Shapes
4. I Was Wrong
5. Squeezing Blood from a Stone
6. Say Yes To Me
7. Beyond the Grave AKA Blair Witch
8. Needles and Pines

10. Dark 1000s AKA Prom Song
