Coming off a breakout 2024, where his breakout track “icantbelievelietyougetaway” amassed over 100 million streams and became a TikTok phenomenon, aldn returns with his latest single, “push you away.” The alternative emo-rock anthem captures the same raw, unfiltered energy that skyrocketed him to viral fame, blending heartfelt lyricism with an edge that feels tailor-made for the internet generation. Known for his offbeat TikTok persona, aldn has cemented himself as a uniquely enigmatic figure in the music scene, and “push you away” promises to expand his universe of emotionally charged, meme-worthy anthems.
Known for his seamless fusion of glitchy hyperpop textures, confessional lyricism, and indie-rock sensibilities, the Virginia-born singer, songwriter, and producer has carved out a unique space in the music landscape. aldn’s 2024 track went globally viral, “icantbelieveiletyougetaway,” a kaleidoscopic anthem that captures the heartbreak of missed connections with raw vulnerability and a cathartic, layered production.
With this release, aldn cements himself as a boundary-pushing artist whose ability to distil universal emotions into innovative soundscapes makes him one to watch in the alt-pop universe.
