The Temper Trap’s eagerly awaited third studio album Thick As Thieves is set for release next Friday June 10th on Glassnote Records.
Today, the Australian band gears up for an epic release week, revealing a new remix of their anthemic lead single “Fall Together” by The Very Best via Team Coco leading into a series of US release week shows (SF, LA, NYC) and the debut Late Night TV performance of “Fall Together” next Wednesday June 8th on CONAN.
Today also sees second album track “Alive” drop as an instant grat track with album pre-order. It follows previously revealed instant grat track “Burn“.

About The Temper Trap:
The Temper Trap are Dougy Mandagi (vocals, guitar), Jonathon Aherne (bass, vocals), Toby Dundas (drums, vocals) & Joseph Greer (keyboards, guitar, vocals). To date, The Temper Trap has streamed more than 200 million times on Spotify and 20 million times on YouTube. They first came to prominence in 2009 with their acclaimed debut album Conditions, which, propelled by the global hits Sweet Disposition, Fader and Love Lost, saw them crash land into the charts in their native Australia, their adopted homeland of the UK, and worldwide. The band’s self-titled second album, The Temper Trap, spawned the hits Trembling Hands and Need Your Love. This lead them to catch the attention of the likes of Coldplay, Africa Express and The Rolling Stones, all of whom asked the band to join them on tour whilst also gracing the stages of major festivals including Glastonbury, Lollapalooza and Coachella. In between they were nominated and won a number of prestigious ARIA Awards in Australia, as well as receiving a nomination for best international group at the BRIT Awards.
Thick As Thieves marks the first time The Temper Trap has collaborated with outside songwriters in their history, with striking results. Justin Parker (Lana Del Rey, Sia, Bat For Lashes) worked on ‘Fall Together’, whilst the album also features collaborations with Ben Allen (Animal Collective, Deerhunter), Malay, co-writer & producer of Frank Ocean’s Channel Orange and Pascal Gabriel (Ladyhawke, Goldfrapp). Working with these exceptional producers and co-writers allowed The Temper Trap to explore a new musical ground while remaining true to their inimitable signature sound.
