PANDA ALT ESCAPE SHOWCASE DETAILS
So on May 18th the furry panda crew is heading down to the seaside of Brighton City for The Alternative Escape, which is the alternative part of The Great Escape. Much like last year we are gatecrashing the End Of The Trail’s annual two day hoedown by taking over East Street Tap between 2.00pm and 5.05pm on the Friday alongside those cuties from Amazing Radio. By some fruity coincidence both 485C and THE CARESS will be performing alongside excellent newbie panda friends GOOD GUY CLARENCE and THE TALK SHOW, as you can see from the story at www.clubfandango.co.uk
Completing the panda’s five-pawed throwdown we have AUGUST CHILD lurking in the 2.00pm slot. He’s the whizzkid acoustic troubadour from Leyton-via-St. Albans whose current ‘Burn For The Tide’ EP has been dazzling all and sundry by blending Jeff Buckley and Elliot Smith with a knowingly recherché charm, and you can sample that EP over here.
