Thin Lips have released their new music video for “I Wonder” via Brooklyn Vegan. The song comes off of their debut album Riff Hard, out tomorrow, May 20th, via Lame-O Records. The album is now available for purchase digitally and physically. In the video for “I Wonder,” directed by Adam Peditto, Thin Lips get their identity stolen by a group of college kids and end up going back to school. The video features members of Cayetanaand Radiator Hospital.

Thin Lips will be playing a double record release show with Hurry tonight, May 19th, at Shea Stadium in Brooklyn, as well as a record release show in Philly tomorrow, May 20th, at Everybody Hits in Philadelphia. The band begins their tour with Modern Baseball and Joyce Manor on May 25th. A full list of dates can be found below.
Riff Hard was recorded at Headroom in Philadelphia. The studio has recently been used to create great records by everyone from Modern Baseball to Joyce Manor to Hop Along.
Thin Lips is Chrissy Tashjian, Kyle Pulley, Christopher Diehm and Mikey Tashjian. Their debut EP Divorce Year was released in 2015, giving us a sweet blend of indie rock guitar riffs and punk rock energy. This EP was recently pressed to 7″ vinyl via Lame-O Records. With their new album Riff Hard, named after the tattoos on Chrissy’s knuckles, Thin Lips bring their guitar shredding, high energy indie rock to a whole new level.
