USA Nails – Sonic Moist (Out 9.2.2015 via Smalltown America)

Following the release of the their debut album ‘Sonic Moist’ in November, USA Nails are set to tour Europe in February 2015, releasing a single featuring the title track from their record. The n single is backed with a brand new track called What’s ‘Wrong With Your Boy?’, together forming a welcome release early doors in 2015. The band were formed in early 2013 through a mutual love for noise rock, punk and krautrock, keep calm, yes it go weirdly wrong, but in USA Hails they blend and infuse seemingly the better ingredients that serve up a noise-fueled heartening treat.

The two track single is no surprise sure footed and inform. ‘Sonic Moist’ us as good as ever, driving on the edge and somehow broken. Good news for fans is in the more bombastic brand new track, ‘What’s Wrong With Your Boy?’ that signals that the band are still on a healthy creative course, their sound tweaked more muscular and darker.

See them live this February, until then enjoy vocal and guitarist Steven’s video for single ’Sonic Moist’. USA Nails on this two track single only add to their rising post-punk reputation, come to think of it, they also seem to have a good time doing just that. 8/10
