UTOPIA new track from FABLES

Debut single UTOPIA

FABLES are a brand spanking new rock band straight out of the surrey suburbs of Guildford town.

Too legit to quit, the band features members of radical ensembles Trails, Darko and Artemis.

After the disbanding of Trails, Sam had a plethora of song ideas and themes that needed an outlet. He enlisted a new group of past band members and peers who’s varied influences helped mould the final arrangements and so the Fables began.

Fables deliver politically edged soundscapes of rock with punk attitude, which other math-rock bands sometimes lack.

The first audio taste ‘Utopia’ is a scathing critique of the treatment of Australian Aboriginals, both historically and currently. It’s inspired by the compelling John Pilger documentary of the same name.

You can download the track now for free or pay what you want, so go and grab a copy turn it up loud and enjoy.

Catch the band live:

w/The Human Project, Almeida + Ships Down
