Vampire Weekend’s third album is titled ‘Modern Vampires Of The City’, and will be released on 6^th May 2013 on XL Recordings (7^th May in the US)

The band are also set to head out on tour surrounding the album’s release. The tour dates are listed below, and include European shows in London (The Troxy, 8^th May) and Paris (Casino De Paris, 10^th May), in addition to a full North American tour and the previously announced Coachella Festival. The band will also perform in Austin at this year’s SXSW.

More dates will be announced soon.

Tickets for the London and Paris shows go on general sale at 9am on Friday 8^th February but fans can head to www.vampireweekend.com to sign up for a special ticket pre-sale which begins on Wednesday 6^th February.
