WATCH: ‘What A Difference Your Love Makes’ Video, New Single Out September 30th

Basement Jaxx recently announced the release of their new single, the ecstatically buoyant ‘What A Difference Your Love Makes’ introducing the vocals of folk / soul artist Sam Brookes. Penned by the Jaxx with a hand from Chicago house legend DJ Sneak on a drizzly evening 6 months ago, the track is the complete antithesis of the weather conditions that day and this is no more evident than in their new video for the single, revealed below and directed Damian Weilers.

Filmed in South Africa’s oldest township, Alexandra in Johannesburg, the video features the “Pantsula” dance, a form of dance that first became popular in the 80’s and is still practised by the young, fashionable & rebellious in the townships.

‘What A Difference Your Love Makes’ is released on September 30th, on 37 Adventures.
