WINTERSUN Near July UK & Irish Dates

Finnish epic folk-metallers WINTERSUN, led by Jari Mäenpäa – ex Ensiferum, are about to hit the UK/IRE shores for their long awaited tour!

Powerful and majestic with tides of energy, WINTERSUN‘s songs flow with epic melodies influenced by Scandinavian traditional folk music. Lyrically the songs deal with Jari’s life, feelings, emotions, hallucinations and dreams, making WINTERSUN a very personal and captivating project.This is the band’s first UK tour since 2008 and follows the release of second full-length album ‘Time I’ in early October of last year, which was itself 8 years in the making.
