Zara Larsson has today unveiled brand new single ‘All The Time’, which is available now via Black Butter.
The 21-year-old pop sensation will continue her extensive run of shows with Ed Sheeran this summer, following a sold-out tour and appearances at the likes of Radio 1’s Big Weekend in support of recent track ‘Don’t Worry About Me’.Co-written by a female power trio of Zara, Noonie Bao [Camila Cabello, Charli XCX] and Isey Juber [Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus] and produced by Linus Wiklund [Zedd, Alessia Cara], ‘All The Time’ has all the makings of a summer anthem. It spotlights Zara’s dynamic delivery over upbeat shimmering synths and finger-snaps, as bright verses give way to a guitar-driven refrain. A euphoric, ebullient twist on heartache, ‘All The Time’ steps up Zara Larsson’s ascent to the global stage. Alongside returning single ‘Ruin My Life’ – which became her sixth UK top 10 – ‘All The Time’ also previews Zara Larsson’s much-anticipated second international album, which will be released later this year and follows 2017’s ‘So Good’ (the most-streamed debut by a female artist ever on Spotify).Zara continues to extend her influence worldwide. She recently joined forces with K-Pop juggernaut BTS to co-write “Brand New Day” for the group’s BTS World: Original Soundtrack (PT 2).
Her instantly recognisable lyrical sensibility drives the track over production from GRAMMY® Award-winning mastermind Mura Masa and adds another dimension to the globally beloved BTS sound. This marks the second single from the highly anticipated BTS World mobile game. As she works on her top-secret second album Larsson seems as intent on looking to where she came from as she is contemplating where her career could take her next. Perhaps this faith in the redemptive powers of music came from the national psyche of Sweden, and a lineage from Abba and Robyn to Max Martin which no doubt influenced the Larsson household in Stockholm’s humble suburbs. “I’ve been doing this my whole life,” Zara is quick to remind you. “We couldn’t even have furniture at home.
